Registration:

Physician or Company Representative: 655,00 USD

*The registration fee includes participation in scientific meetings, meeting documents, coffee break and lunches within the scientific program.

 
Accommodation:

Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, Tbilisi: 940,00 USD

*Accommodation fee includes single occupancy accommodation, breakfast and dinner during the accommodation dates, with check-in on October 22 and check-out on October 25.

*We have reserved the rooms for a limited time, and they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

 
Transfer:

Round Trip: 170,00 USD

*This is the round-trip transfer fee between Tbilisi Airport to hotel / hotel to Airport.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

– All cancellations should be submitted to D Event Tourism ( congress@devent.com.tr ).
– For cancellation of registration, accommodation, transportation and/or any sponsorship made before May 15th, 2026, %10 of the total amount paid and any probable bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
– No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after May 15th, 2026.
– Refunds for cancellations made before this date will be paid to the accounts notified via bank within 60 days from the start date of the organization.
– Sponsor companies must have made all their payments before the event. 10% interest rate will be applied over the total invoice amount for each monthly delay that may occur in payments.
