1) When will I be able to register for Blacksea Rheumatology Meetings?
Registration is now open!
You could email to istanbul1@devent.com.tr for your sponsorship registration or group registration requests.
Once you email, D Event (PCO)’s professional team will assist you to get registered as soon as possible.
2) When are the various registration deadlines?
Early Bird Rates expire in February 17, 2023.
All participants should submit abstracts by March 20, 2023.
3) What venue will host Black Sea Rheumatology Meeting 2023?
Black Sea Rheumatology Meeting 2023 will be held in Golden Tulip Ana Dome
Cluj, Romania.
4) How do I receive my registration confirmation?
Confirmations are sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact istanbul1@devent.com.tr
5) I need a letter in order to obtain a visa. Whom do I contact?
You could request a participation letter for your visa application via e-mail(istanbul1@devent.com.tr).

6) When will I be able to book a hotel for Black Sea Rheumatology?
Reservations will be made on a “first-come, first-served” basis. We recommend you to book in the early period to ensure availability.

7) Can I bring a spouse or other guest to the program?
You can book a single room or a double room for your accommodation. Visit our registration & accommodation page for single and double room rates.

8) Can I get transfer to destination?
You can get reliable comfortable transfer from Cluj Napoca Airport to our congress venue, Golden Tulip Ana Dome – Cluj, Romania. Please visit registration & accommodation page for transportation fees.

9) What is the Black Sea Rheumatology Meeting 2023 Refund Policy related to paid registration fees in the case of conference cancellation?
Registration fees less any applied bank charges will be refunded only if cancellation is received in writing at istanbul1@devent.com.tr by February 20, 2023. For cancellations received after February 20, 2023, no refund will be provided. Refunds are made within 60 days from the start of the congress.
10) How can I attend the congress virtually?
Virtual congress login information will be sent to the participant who virtual register to the congress by e-mail one day before the congress.
11) Can I make presentation in my language?
Official language is English. So all presentations must be in English. (Simultaneous translation will not be provided.)
12) Regarding the oral presentation do I need to send it in advance as well or is it enough to bring it at the meeting?
13) Is there a template for the posters? Which are the dimensions we have to set?

17) What are the services included in accommodation?
Accommodation includes; “bed and breakfast” accommodation (check-in at 14:00 in the afternoon, check-out before 12:00 in the afternoon)
18) Is there an organization for dinners?
Please be advised that there will not be a special dinner organized for the congress participants. Each individual will be responsible for their own dinner arrangements and expenses. We recommend exploring the local restaurants and cafes in Cluj, which offer a wide range of delicious and affordable food options. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

20) Oral Style Presentation Guideline
1. Bring your presentation data on a USB flash drive to the Speaker Ready Desk. Windows is the only operating system available for the presentations. If you have prepared the presentation data on a Macintosh, you are required to bring your own laptop with a HDMI adaptor. *For those wishing to show a movie, please bring your own laptop. You are also required to make sure that your data has not been infected by any virus in advance by using the latest version of the security software.
2. Please review your data at the Speaker Ready Desk and check whether all the data are shown properly.
3. Even if you use your own laptop, you are required to check your presentation data at the Speaker Ready Desk and bring your laptop to the technical desk in your session room, 30 minutes prior to the session starts. Following the conclusion of your session, we will return your laptop at the operation desk.
4. Speaker Ready Desk will be open during the following hours. Speakers are required to present their data at least 30 minutes before the session starts.

About Black Sea Rheumatology
“Black Sea Rheumatology” project consists of a series of meetings to be held in countries of the Black Sea basin.
These meetings aim to establish scientific connections between these countries by bringing together basic and clinical scientists interested in rheumatology.
The scientific program will include lectures on basic and clinical research as well as treatment of common and regional rheumatic diseases, oral presentations and discussions.
