      All fees for the congress registration should be paid in USD to the PCO – D Event’s bank account. An invoice will be issued and sent after the congress by the Organizing Secretariat.

      CANCELLATION POLICY


      D Event - PCO must be notified in writing by e-mail about the cancellation of registration and accommodation.

      Registration fees will be refunded only if cancellation is received in writing at info@blacksea-rheumatology.org by 15 March 2022. This will entitle the delegate to 100% refund less any applied bank charges.

      For cancellations received after 15 March 2022, no refund will be provided.

      Refunds deducting any applied bank charges will be processed via bank transfer within 60 days from the first day of congress, May 12.
