1) When will I be able to register for Blacksea Rheumatology Meetings?

    Registration is now open!
    You could fill in the online registration for individual registration or you could email to info@blacksea-rheumatology.org for your     sponsorship registration or group registration requests.
    Once you email, D Event (PCO)’s professional team will assist you to get registered as soon as possible.

2) When are the various registration deadlines?

    Early Bird Rates expire in January 15, 2022.
    All participants should submit abstracts by March 7, 2022.

3) What venue will host Black Sea Rheumatology Meeting 2022?

    Black Sea Rheumatology Meeting 2022 will be held in Sheraton Hotel & Congress Center, Batumi.

4) How do I receive my registration confirmation?

    Confirmations are sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please     contact info@blacksea-rheumatology.org

5) I need a letter in order to obtain a visa. Whom do I contact?

    You could request a participation letter for your visa application via e-mail(info@blacksea-rheumatology.org ).

6) When will I be able to book a hotel for Black Sea Rheumatology?

    Reservations will be made on a “first-come, first-served” basis. We recommend you to book in the early period to ensure availability.

7) Can I bring a spouse or other guest to the program?

    You can book a single room or a double room for your accommodation. Visit our registration & accommodation page for single and     double room rates.

8) Can I get transfer to destination?

    You can get reliable comfortable transfer from Batumi International Airport to our congress venue, Sheraton Hotel Batumi. Please visit     registration & accommodation page for transportation fees.

9) What is the Black Sea Rheumatology Meeting 2022 Refund Policy related to paid registration fees in the case of conference cancellation?

    Registration fees less any applied bank charges will be refunded only if cancellation is received in writing at
    info@blacksea-rheumatology.org
by 15 March 2022. For cancellations received after 15 March 2022, no refund will be provided.
